REMINDER : Participants must bring their original receipt to register.
Attention to all players:
- Team captain will have to produce original copy of receipt for registration on the event day. Registration Time : 2:00pm
- Teams are required to wear the jersey received throughout the tournament. Failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification.
- All participants will have to produce their Photostat Identity Card or Passport (Non-Malaysian) or Company Identity Card (Category Men Industrial Park Open) during the event day for technical reason when required.
- All participants MUST bring their Photostat Identity Card or Passport (Non-Malaysian) or Company Identity Card during the event day, failed to do so will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Each team must nominate a Team Captain to handle all the team affairs.
- Any rough play or unsporting behavior before, during and after the game will automatically result in disqualification.
- If you have any enquiries during the tournament, please seek for assistance at the Information Counter.
- The Organizer reserves the right to any decision made through the tournament and no damage shall be claimed from the organizer or sponsor.
